a story wouldve been nice on this one, but no, they are not equal, for example a black or white person of the u.s. could hate foriegners of the same race in canada... that was just an example not to be taken seriously

hating Germans could be classed as racism, they are a different group from Americans or English people both culturally and overall genetically and that can form the basis of racism.
