It's a lot more challenging to to above the 100th floor in a 90 story tall building...

I've been to the top observation floors in both the WTC (twin tower) and Sears (now Willis) Tower. I think both were above the 100th floor.

I’ve been to the top of the second tallest structure in the world, but it only has 27 actual floors, so I don’t know how to handle that

A quick google lead me to believe so, but although the Empire State Building has 103 floors, the main observation deck is on the 86th.

No. And I don't like elevators so the idea of standing in one for however long it takes to get above 100 floors doesn't appeal to me. And I'd never be able to take 100+ sets of stairs.

To be honest, I don't think I've even been IN a building with that many floors. My senior prom was on the top floor of a building but that was only the 38th floor. Not to say I haven't gone to the top of towers, but they didn't have different levels. Like the Skylon in Ontario, Canada. And I've gone to the top of the St. Louis Arch.
