I have a nervous habit of pulling at my eyebrows and eyelashes, but I don't mean to remove them. Sometimes they're loose and come out by accident. I can't explain why I do that behavior, it's pretty automatic.
I don't pull on/ out my head hair.

You might have a mild form of it, misp, but if it's not destructive to your life then it sounds okish.
