Somatisation is a fear that something serious is physically wrong with you when it isn't or it isn't as serious.
Have you known anyone who somatisizes? Or do you feel you personally ever get caught up in somatisation? This can happen especially if someone is emotionally overwhelmed and puts their energy into their physical experience instead of their emotional experience.
