If any of these reminds you of your own place, you have a problem.

I grew up in a hoarder home.
The house pretty much looks like picture number 7
i have slight hoarding properties. But I think they are more learned than anything.

I love how #8 has all the cleaning stuff on the windowsill, and the place still looks like Hell's public bathroom.

I admit to being a bit of a slob, but my house is nowhere near that bad. It's downright spotless compared to that!

Eww, I almost threw up, I don't know how people can live like that. Sure< I'm not the cleanest person out there, but that's just nasty. I at least clean when needed.

No, and it really creeps/grosses me out thinking about the possibilities.

I used to do clean outs for realtors with my ex.

Most of them were houses that were in foreclosure. Rick would go in first, he'd be there a couple of days, then I'd go with him to haul stuff into a trailer to take to the dump.

I've seen lots of homes like #2 and #10. Rick never even let me go near anything like #1.

The saddest clean out was a home that had been owned by a family, and the mom and dad were both in jail for meth sales. Rick had pretty much cleaned up the house, I was helping him load a whole double garage full of trash into the trailer.

Among the pizza boxes and 1 liter coke bottles, there were clothes and toys, used hypodermic needles and garbage.

There was also school photos of the kids. I kept a high school yearbook that was left behind by one of the kids when the cops came and hauled the parents away.

It was a sad day.
