It's not like you get a mammogram every week. It's really not that much.

@HR: It would take fifty years of annual mammograms to get the same radiation as a radiation worker receives in a single year (according to the chart).

And, according to the chart, you would have to have 100 mammograms a year to be relatively sure that you'll have cancer.

...fine. It's still slightly disconcerting.
Just like when you get your teeth x-rayed at the dentist, and they throw that big lead apron over your chest. Always leaves me wondering, "what about my brain?"

It's simply not that much radiation to be concerned about. It says there that a teeth x-ray will expose you to 5 microSv, which is 0,005 % of the yearly limit for radiation exposure of a member of the public, not to mention 0,0001 % of what a radiation worker is allowed to be exposed to (which is half of the level of exposure that has clearly been linked to increased risk for cancer).
