I'm sure the other kid is fine, he'll just float there till they turn around and retrieve him. I used to do this all the time as a kid, with two tubes but much much faster than this. |

How did you get the 'one in a million' statistic? I'm guessing it's a lot less, especially since he was clearly TRYING to do it.
The other kid drown. That's why there were two, the first one was a spare.
