I'd be more concerned over the presence of Tim Burton than the smoking caterpillar (read: little to none). |

From a person who actually saw the movie, the caterpillar is also very creepy and frankly most kids are probably a little wierded out by it. Its still PG! Maybe if it were pg-13 because of a smoking caterpillar that would be strange. |
