One of the places on my list is the downtown tapas bar. They have good food (and wine flights!) I don't see how they are sustainable though. |

They might use food from local farms instead of shipping stuff in from all over the world, or just use natural and/or organic ingredients. I frequent quite a few of the restaurants in my area, they are wonderful! |
